Shoreline School District is proposing two replacement levies for collection in years 2027-2030 to fund educational programs and services not fully funded by state or federal sources.

In the event of snowy or icy roads in the district, buses may be unable to safely pick up and drop off students at their typical stops, and instead will travel on predetermined snow routes with limited or adjusted stops. Families should know their nearest snow route stop and what the pickup (AM) and drop-off (PM) times will be in advance of an inclement weather event.

Kinderfest is an opportunity to meet and ask questions of principals and staff of all elementary schools, Cascade K-8 School, and the Home Education Exchange. You can also learn about: Transportation, Food and Nutrition, Multi-Language Learners, Student Services, Highly Capable Program, School Nurses, PTA, and YMCA Child Care.

Ninth-grade students from Shorecrest and Shorewood high schools recently completed an in-depth project in their fall semester Health for Life class, culminating in engaging and educational expos where they shared their work with peers, teachers, and the community.
