After the Senior Class meeting or by a parent/guardian between 9:00 - 11:00 AM. Previous to this date, all fines must be paid at the ASB window in order to receive your cap and gown. Announcements and other materials can be picked up even if you have current fines. After this date, go to the ASB window to pick up your cap, gown, announcements, or other Jostens items. You must have a Jostens cap/gown/tassel & 2025 stole to walk at graduation. If you have not yet ordered yours, you can do so online at Jostens.com. Scholarships are available, see your counselor for details.
Guest passes for Prom are available. They are required for anyone who is not a Shorecrest senior. Shorecrest seniors may bring one guest who must accompany the senior at the dance. Pick up applications in the Activity Office M139 or at this link. They are due no later than May 14 at 2:45 PM to purchase a guest ticket at the “early bird” price and the final deadline is May 22 for all guests. If you have any questions, see Ms. Phillips.
Sign-up deadline for Senior Speaker, Caen Laida Performer, and Graduation Performer auditions. Sign up at the Senior Class Meetings or with Ms. Phillips in M139 or at this link by April 4. Auditions for Caen Laida and Graduation Performers are April 9 in T130 starting at 2:00 and will require you to have the same piece prepared that you intend to use at the actual event. See Ms. Phillips, Ms. Rengstorf or Mr. Caruso if you have questions or cannot audition after school. Mr. Kidd is coordinating Senior Speakers auditions are April 9 starting at 2:00 in 170. Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue for the audition – this is not what will be presented at graduation.
