*Preparation for the 2025 Season is underway!

*Off-Season trainings continue into our Spring Season with AM Lifting (Tues/Thurs) and afterschool sessions (Mon/Tue/Thr/Fri) most weeks. *Open to all students at SC.

*Wednesday's (ED days) = Captain practice, 7v7's, & field drills after school. *Open to all students at SC.

*Our tentative JUNE calendar is set for our Spring practice schedule and camp/scrimmage dates. See the link below. If you intend on playing, the 3-Week Spring camp is absolutely necessary. Please clear your schedule!

*Final Forms for the 2025-26 year will be open on APRIL 1st. All players will need to complete Final Forms and have a current physical on file in order to participate in our Spring Camp.

All Athletes forms are available online via Final Forms. Please make sure you are signing up for the 2025-26 season! All sections must be completed by Parent or Guardian and Student Athlete. (OPENS - APRIL 1st, 2025 for registration)

SC FOOTBALL SPRING CHECK LIST

REGISTRATION: (All Players)

- Visit the SC Football Homepage

- FINAL FORMS COMPLETED (2025/26 Season) by May, 29^th .

(Players who complete FF for the Spring, will NOT need to redo them in Fall)

- Current Sports Physical (Not to expire prior to 12/2025)

- PLAYERS - UPDATE/Create your HUDL acct. (Email Coach C with questions)

TEAM INFO:

- Spring Camp runs June 2nd - June 20th

- Summer Training/Lifting/Drills will happen June 23rd - August 14th

GEAR CHECKOUT:

- Gear/Lockers/Jerseys Checkout = Monday, June 2nd - 3:00pm. (*3:30 for 8th Grade)

- Players must have 3 days of practices prior to participating in full contact drills.

SCHEDULE/CALENDARS:

Gridiron Group

Gridiron Group Mission: Support the entire football team & community; players, coaches, parents, to build a positive culture by assisting in the off-field activities and events.

LEAD POSITIONS:

Chair/Co-Chair: Lead contact person to work directly with coaching staff and athletic department. Helps to plan off-field activities and events for the season. General point of contact for the group and the football team.

Team Dinner Lead: In charge of planning the “Thursday” team dinners for the team. Plans meal train & menu, and assists in creating “Perfect Potluck” sign-up.

Social Media/Facebook Page Lead: Responsible for keeping the Facebook Gridiron Page up to speed with team announcements, parent gatherings, upcoming events, game pics and updates.

Booster Liaison: Helps in linking the football team and Boosters. Assists in gathering of team items for SC Booster Auction (Spring Time).

Other possible “Lead” positions for events:

§ Pink Out Game

§ Rotary Cup Event: (Shirts/Pre-Game Meeting)

§ Team Photographer (Team functions/Player headshots/event pics) *Not Varsity Games

§ Team Program/Game Roster

The main focus is to have a support group that makes the overall “experience” a positive one for our players. Coaches can only handle so much during the season, and are reliant on families and the support of parents to build a strong culture and community.

You are already part of the Group! Please consider helping out by taking on a role or joining with other parents to co-lead one of our events!
