Drug & Alcohol Counselor:
I am so glad that you are here! I support students who are anonymously referred by: themselves, administration; teachers; counselors; parents or peers. Don't be freaked out by my title, you can't get in trouble for what we talk about and it's confidential! I provide individual, family, group and school-wide education and support around issues of drugs, alcohol and nicotine. You are welcome to check in with me for issues regarding substance use, concerns about a friend or family member or any other things you wanna talk about, really...you can talk to me about anything! We are all going through a lot right now and I'd love to hear what's on your mind and be another nonjudgemental adult you can trust :)
Parents of High Schoolers! - YOU are also encouraged to contact me with questions you may have about substance use, co-occurring issues or if you need assistance locating resources. In addition I can also support students who have had discipline referrals relating to substances and students who are returning to school from in-patient treatment.
To make an appointment - please email me or stop by my office.
